SOMERS, Westchester County (WABC) — New York State Police have ordered Westchester County residents on lockdown after a triple shooting left at least one person dead.

It happened at an apartment complex in Somers Monday evening.

The victims, two juveniles and a woman, were found inside the residence behind Crossroads Plaza on Route 6 around 11:30 p.m.

Two of the victims were rushed to Westchester Medical Center and a third to New York-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital.

State police identified Fernando Jiminez, 40, as a person of interest in the shooting. Authorities are warning the public to stay away from Jiminez because they consider him armed and dangerous.
