New applications invited for AYUSH courses, keam, ayurveda admission, homeopathy admission, bsms admission, tramp admission, admission, education

The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has reopened its facilities for submitting new online applications for admission to Ayurveda (BAMS), Homeopathy (BHMS), Siddha (BSMS) and Unani (BUMS) for the academic year 2024-25 before vacancy lost in the second round.

Qualified candidates who have not yet registered an online application can benefit from this functionality until 11/18/2024 at 11 a.m., via www.cee.kerala.gov.in under the conditions mentioned in notification No. CEE/152/2024-TA1 of 03.26.2024 available on the website.

Those who have qualified for admission based on the revised minimum percentile criteria of NEET UG 2024 can also submit applications online now. The minimum eligibility percentile has been lowered by fifteen percentile. Accordingly, the revised cut-off is as follows: UR/EWS – 35th percentile, OBC – 25th, SC/ST – 25th, PwD (UR/EWS) – 30th, PwD (OBC/SC/ST) – 25th.

Those who now wish to submit applications to CEE for admission to professional diploma courses through KEAM-2024 can register through the “KEAM 2024-Online Application” link provided at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. By clicking on the link, the applicant will be directed to a web page containing the online application. After completing the 5 steps of submitting the online application illustrated in clause 7.4 of the KEAM 2024 prospectus, the applicant must download the application acknowledgment page and retain a copy for future reference. Candidates do not need to send the printout of the acknowledgment page or other documents to the EWC office.

Allotment of vacancies will be made to fill the vacant seats currently available after the first round of allotment of vacancies and the resulting vacancies, if any. The net number of vacant seats after the first round of allocation of vacancies has been published. New candidates who find a place in the rank list can participate in the second round of filling of vacancies, provided that none of the allotments/admissions made in the previous allotments are disturbed.

Candidates who have already submitted EWC applications under KEAM 2024 as per previous notifications should not submit new applications. Multiple applications will result in cancellation of the application under the conditions of the KEAM 2024 prospectus.

New applicants who wish to be considered for admission to various reservation seat categories or for any income-based fee reduction must submit, along with the online application, the required supporting documents (community certificate, diaper certificate non-creamy for public education purposes, EWS certificate, income certificate, etc. as applicable) to support requests for reservation or fee reduction. Under no circumstances will it be possible to submit supporting documents later. Reservation requests will only be considered against reservation categories available after the first round of allocation of Stray vacancies.

All candidates are required to go through the eligibility requirements, academic qualifications, required documents, etc., vide notification dated 26.03.2024 and prospectus approved by the Government for admission to engineering courses, d architecture, pharmacy, medicine and allied medicine available on the website. www.cee.kerala.gov.in before submitting a new application.
